I’m new to refilling, how does it work?

First, check out our Ingredients page so you know which refills we offer.

Second, check to see if you have a vessel at home that could work for the type of product you’d like to refill.

Third, clean and disinfect your vessel to the best of your ability.

Fourth, come on in and weigh your vessel.

Fifth, fill your vessel with as much product as you’d like.

Sixth, bring it to the checkout desk for final weights.

What does clean your vessel to the best of your ability mean?

Clean your vessel with soap and water or run it through the dishwasher. Make sure no debris are left in the vessel or lid and make sure no scents linger. Run at least 60% isopropyl alcohol through your vessel, lids and pumps. We’re looking for squeaky clean.

Can I bring in containers that still contain product?

Respectfully, no. Our refill station is intended to be a trustworthy place where you can fill up on quality products that work for the purpose intended. If you mix products, we can no longer ensure the safety or efficacy of the product. Your safety is important to us and at the end of the day, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we can’t speak to products that have been mixed.

Do you have other types of products in the store?

Yes! In addition to items available in refill, we have alternatives to your everyday essentials such as reusable paper towels, bamboo brushes, shampoo and conditioner bars and much more.
